As you enter this spacious cottage, you’ll immediately notice the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room that’s flooded with fabulous natural light and boasts beautiful timber-clad ceilings. The soft tones and splashes of warm blue accents make this a welcoming cottage. A central dining area offers a wonderful social space where the whole family can come together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious family favourite or pack a picnic for the day. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating where you can relax, watch the Smart TV, sit together, chat or read. This room receives plenty of light through the large patio doors. Adjacent to the lounge is the first of the three bedrooms: a super-king-size with patio doors leading outside. A shower room on the opposite side of the lounge is available for this room. There are two further bedrooms - a super king-size with an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading out onto the terrace, and another super king-size with an en-suite bathroom, a sitting area, a Smart TV and patio doors. Step outside onto a pretty terrace area which has garden furniture, or the balcony off the lounge. Both are ideal places to relax and enjoy a drink in the sunshine.

Whether you want to explore the maritime city of Plymouth (12 miles) for shopping and its various high-profile visitor attractions such as the National Marine Aquarium, or put on your walking boots and wander along the South West Coast Path (6 miles), there's something here for all the family. Explore the coastal villages of Looe (15.5 miles) and Polperro (20.5 miles) with their busy fishing ports or enjoy a family day out at Adrenalin Quarry (12 miles) and try the aquapark or giant swing.
