Set in the grounds of the famous St Mellion Estate this modern stylish cottage is part of a complex. The perfect Cornish retreat for families and friends.

This stunning property is based on the St. Mellion Estate - a fantastic base for families or friends looking to get together. The estate is well located on the Cornwall/Devon border for many local attractions while there are facilities on-site that will keep your whole group entertained - such as swimming pools, a golf course and a spa.

Inside, the property has an immediate wow factor thanks to a feature spiral staircase to take you upstairs. On the ground floor, the open-plan living area has a kitchen and dining space included and has everything you need to rustle up meals and relax too. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, and boasts views out to the patio through French doors. The dining table can easily accommodate all guests, while the ground floor is completed with a separate shower room with WC. Up those stairs are two bedrooms - a bunk and a twin (the latter can be made up to a super-king-size bed if required). This room has its own dressing area, a freestanding bath and doors out to the balcony, which has stunning views over the Cornish countryside. There is also a WC on this floor. The private patio outside has garden furniture for al fresco dining, while the wider estate has 450 acres for you to explore.

When you are ready to leave the estate’s many acres, you are well placed to get to the towns of Callington (3.5 miles) and Saltash (6.5 miles), which have shops to help you cater on holiday. Plymouth (12 miles) is the closest city with even more shops, pubs and restaurants plus an aquarium and a lido. The Tamar Valley is also close to St. Mellion and is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that is perfect for long, idyllic walks.

Great holiday home, great location with private parking - was ideal for our family of 4. Large TV in living room which could log into your Disney, Netflix accounts etc. Master bedroom with open plan bath felt luxurious with Elemis miniatures.

A very modern, clean comfortable cottage that has everything you require for a relaxing stay. the best nights sleep I have had in a long while in the super comfy king size bed, Thank you St Mellion for your hospitality we had a fab week.

A beautiful location in a stunning golf course resort. The use of the pool was really fun for us as a family; providing an added extra thing to do. The cottage was immaculate and comfy.
