Enjoy walks from the front door in this contemporary cottage on the St Mellion Estate. This is a great retreat for friends or family looking to explore South Cornwall and indulge in some rest and relaxation.

Thanks to being set within the St Mellion Estate, with on-site leisure facilities, which include swimming pools, a spa, restaurants and a golf course, this property makes entertaining all guests easy. Plus, it’s close to so many other of Devon and Cornwall’s attractions, with Plymouth only 12 miles away. The immediate vicinity has some spectacular countryside, with the adjacent Tamar Valley being an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Inside this cottage, you can leave your coats and shoes in the hallway before going to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The dining table is in the centre of the room and therefore makes it a very sociable space. The kitchen has everything you should need to rustle up meals on holiday, while the lounge has plenty of comfortable seating offering the perfect place to unwind. The entire room is flooded with natural light from the large patio doors. From the open-plan room, you can access the three bedrooms. All of which are super-king-size that can be twins if needed. One room benefits from an en-suite shower room, while another has its own seating area with a coffee table, an en-suite bathroom and doors leading to the patio. The accommodation is completed with a family shower room. Outside, the patio area has garden furniture, though there’s also a balcony off the lounge. Guests also have use of those wonderful on-site leisure facilities.

Further afield, stunning walks and cycle routes in the Tamar Valley are waiting to be discovered, while Plymouth is home to a lido, shops and restaurants, and an aquarium. It’s a great day out, as is time spent at the National Trust’s Cotehele Mill and Buckland Abbey (both within 15 miles), and the picturesque seaside towns and villages of Looe (15.5 miles), and Portwrinkle (13.5 miles).

Absolutely amazing cottage and estate, pure luxury and comfort. Loved our 2 weeks at Pindee 19 gorgeous cottage and surroundings. Staff very friendly and welcoming couldn't do enough for you, Loved every minute and didn't want to come home. Thankyou!SELECTED!!!!ENDOFSELECTED!
