This end-of-terrace seafront retreat sits right next to Widemouth Bay, with views across the sand to the open Atlantic on one of Cornwall's most unspoilt stretches of coastline. Suited to families, surfers, and groups of friends, it provides a base for an active coastal holiday with the sandy beach right at the doorstep. Widemouth Bay is a wide, open stretch of coast backed by craggy cliffs, known for its reliable surf, with board hire and lessons available on the beach alongside coasteering, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking. Lifeguard cover runs through the season, making it a dependable spot for both beginners and more experienced surfers. The South West Coast Path passes directly by, opening up miles of dramatic clifftop walking in both directions. Bude, 3 miles along the coast, adds further variety with pubs, restaurants, shops, bike hire, canoeing, and a wider range of water sport and outdoor activities.


This is a split-level property arranged over two floors, with the living spaces on the upper level and bedrooms set across staggered levels reached by several internal steps. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area occupies the upper floor, where two sets of doors open onto a sea-facing balcony. Two sofas and two armchairs sit around the living space, with a large dining table seating eight beneath feature hanging lights. A balcony on the upper floor is furnished with a rattan sofa, two chairs, and a coffee table, with uninterrupted views across Widemouth Bay. At lower ground level, the curved patio blends into the surrounding greenery and looks towards the ocean, with a private hot tub alongside. The courtyard and patio are accessed directly from the lower-ground-floor bedrooms. Gardens are shared with guests in the other four properties within the development. Private parking is provided for two cars.
