Pull into the private parking area (there’s space for two cars) and head to your upper-floor entrance. Step inside and you’ll find a wonderful open-plan living and dining space, with plenty of seating facing the sea, a beautiful natural wood dining table, and doors opening directly onto your sea-view balcony. A smart kitchen with a central island sits beside the dining area. Several steps lead down to the bedroom levels, which are staggered across two lower floors. On the upper-ground floor you’ll discover a master king-size bedroom with an en-suite with a bath and shower, and doors that lead our onto the curved patio, as well as a king-size with patio access and its own en-suite shower room. On the ground floor, you’ll find a zip-and-link room (can be arranged as a double or twin on request) with an en-suite shower room, and a fun triple bunk room (double base with single above) with its own en-suite shower room. A beautiful, architectural curved patio faces the ocean, and the first-floor balcony adds an additional sea-view perch above the bay.
Step out onto the sand at Widemouth Bay (ten metres) and hit some of the most consistent surf breaks on Cornwall’s coast. Or follow the South West Coast Path to the dramatic Black Rock (0.5 miles), where the crashing Atlantic swells are at their most elemental.
