This end-of-terrace seafront retreat sits directly on the Widemouth Bay shoreline in North Cornwall, part of a brand-new development designed to blend into the surrounding coastal landscape. Surfers, beach-loving families, and groups looking for a holiday on the sand will have the beach accessible directly from the front door. Widemouth Bay is a long, unspoilt stretch of sandy beach and craggy cliffs known for great surf and water sports, with lifeguard cover throughout the summer. Black Rock Beach sits at the wild northern end of the bay, all rugged rocks and open Atlantic horizon. The South West Coast Path runs past the front door, linking clifftop trails north towards Bude (3 miles) and south along the coast. Bude has a varied choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as water sports outfitters and activities including coasteering, paddleboarding, kayaking, and bike hire.


The split-level interior is arranged over two floors, with the open-plan living space on the upper level. Two sofas and two armchairs face the sea, with doors opening directly onto the balcony. A large natural wood dining table with benches and chairs seats eight beside the kitchen, which has a central island with three bar stools. This floor also has a separate WC. Several steps lead down to the bedroom levels, staggered across two lower floors. On the upper ground floor at the rear, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, a hanging rail, and an occasional chair, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath, separate walk-in rainfall shower, and a WC. Beside it, the second king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with a walk-in rainfall shower and a WC, and both rooms have doors opening onto the patio with sea views. At the front of the ground floor, the third bedroom has a zip-and-link double bed that can be arranged as two singles, with an en-suite shower room with walk-in rainfall shower and WC. Next door, the fourth bedroom has a triple bunk bed – a double base with a 3ft single on top – and its own en-suite shower room with walk-in rainfall shower and a WC.


A balcony on the upper level has uninterrupted sea views across Widemouth Bay. At ground level, an architecturally designed curved patio faces the ocean, bordered by wildflower planting and the development's planted grass roofs. A dining table and six chairs provide space for al fresco dining. Private parking is available.
