With sand and surf just 10 metres from the front door, this five-bedroom terraced coastal retreat is made for families and groups of friends who want Widemouth Bay at the heart of their stay. Part of a development of five coastal homes, it has a strong connection with its seafront setting, with curved patios, planted grass roofs, and wide views across the bay. Widemouth Bay is a long stretch of sandy beach and craggy cliffs known for its surf, with lifeguard cover throughout the summer season. The South West Coast Path passes close by, offering miles of clifftop walking in both directions. Bude is 3 miles along the coast, with shops, restaurants, and activities including coasteering, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and bike hire. The bay has a relaxed feel and a handful of local pubs and cafes.


The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space occupies the upper floor, with large windows framing views across the bay. Sofas and armchairs fill the living area to accommodate everyone comfortably around a Smart TV for downtime.
