An impeccable holiday destination for a group of four, this chalet-style property benefits from on-site access to a selection of different facilitates and offers you your own private hot tub. In a superb location for exploring the ever-changing scenery of Cornwall, this holiday home is just a drive away from Saltash on the brink of the Tamar Valley AONB (3 miles) and the South West Coastal Path with its beautiful beaches (9 miles). Thankfully, you won’t have to get in the car to visit the local pub as there’s one less than 500 metres from home, the perfect final pitstop after tiresome days out.

Bright and spacious with a clean and simple décor, this marvellous property offers a wonderful base for any group of family or friends. Each and every room is easily accessible and laid out across one floor. The galley kitchen is a well-equipped space that’s fully prepped for evenings of dining in. Take meals through to the adjacent dining space in the sunny conservatory. From here you can enjoy direct access to your own private terrace, a fully decked-out area with a hot tub that’s covered for use throughout the year. Sink into the bubbles right here or enjoy an evening indoors cosied up by the open fire before retiring to two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, for a restful night.

With plenty to do on your doorstep, you’ll find a heated swimming pool (end of May to early September), tennis courts and a shared children’s play area right here on site. Should you wish to venture a little further you can. Perhaps you might drive down to the glorious sandy shores of Tregantle Cliff Beach (11 miles), explore the traditional seaside town of Looe (13 miles) or get stuck into a boozy afternoon touring the local Looe Valley Vineyard (13 miles).

Beautiful cottage, spacious, well maintained and very comforting. Would think about coming back, hot tub was the die for, after a long day out and about, this is exactly what we needed. We had everything we needed to cook in the cottage, all the right utensils. Would highly recommend to people. Very good setting and location. Pub great and recommend to book if require Sunday lunch. Hot tub fabulous each evening. What more to have bubbles in the bubbles!!

Perfect place to reset energies. Close enough from everything we may need yet far from everything where we can chill while enjoying the birds sounds or have good fun exploring the area and playground as a family. We had such a lovely stay, we absolutely loved it and had a really great week. We found the accommodation was immaculate, very spacious and had everything we needed. The hot tub was such a great treat every night. The heated pool was also a huge bonus as well as the tennis court/badminton. Rackets/balls etc all provided. Nice and quiet location close to Plymouth and access too the coast line heading west. Excellent set up with the swimming pool, tennis court and kids play area. Hot tub was perfect for an evening relaxing. Could not fault this place.

Absolutely fantastic, the owners were lovely and extremely helpful. The hot tub was incredible, especially star gazing with a glass of wine. Would highly recommend staying.
