Alternatively, journey along the coast to Praa Sands (5.5 miles), where you’ll find a wide, sandy beach and calm waters for bathing. Lose yourself in the beauty of the Lizard Peninsula, which is just a short journey to the east, or spend the day wandering amongst the romantic architecture of St Michael’s Mount (10 miles).
