The lodge has rustic interiors and creature comforts making a delightful home from home. Go up the steps to the main door or up the ramp to the decked area and into the open-plan living space. The lounge area has everything you need to relax, comfy sofas, a cosy wood burner, a Smart TV, and gorgeous wooden features and furniture. There’s a contemporary kitchen/diner, with an attractive wooden table and chairs for fun mealtimes and board games. Head to bed in the two bedrooms, a king-size room with a TV and an en-suite shower room, and a pretty twin (or king-size) bedroom; there’s also a stylish family bathroom. Whatever the weather you can sit on the decked area, relax in the luxurious hot tub, fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco. There’s an outdoor storage cupboard for surf boards and beach gear and a private garden with a lawned area too.
Head into Porthtowan, home to a tidal pool, a village shop, a number of places to eat out and the beach (0.5 miles). Pick up the South West Coast Path and explore the rugged coastline and stunning views. For more beaches and eateries, visit the village of St Agnes (4 miles), and spend the day on the golden sands of Perranporth (7.5 miles) and Portreath (3.5 miles) beaches.
