The single-level cabin features three cosy bedrooms: two doubles (one en-suite) and one super-king-size as well as a refreshing shower room. Bifold doors open out onto a cheery sundeck with ample garden furniture and steps leading down to a small side lawn. Private parking is available for two cars, and there's also a BBQ, surf rack, wetsuit drying rail and an outdoor shower.
Polzeath is a thriving coastal resort with a beautiful beach just a stroll from the property. Scenic footpaths lead along the beach and along the coast offering magnificent sea views. The village has a range of great places to eat and drink, and a choice of surf schools which also hire kit. To the south, the picturesque village of Rock (3 miles) has some lovely independent shops and a ferry service which takes you across the River Camel to the bustling port of Padstow, famous for its superb seafood restaurants.
