It’s also an excellent base for walkers, with the South West Coast Path passing through the village, leading to the idyllic Daymer Bay or the upmarket resort of Rock. From Rock, board the passenger ferry to cross the estuary and spend an afternoon pottering around the picturesque harbour town of Padstow.
