Nestled in the heart of West Penwith, Sunset Farmhouse is an exceptional Grade II listed, 18th century farmhouse located a short walk from the famous mines at Botallack. Used as the filming location for the popular TV series Poldark, this area is renowned for its mining history and evidence of its former past can still be seen all over the landscape. Situated less than half a mile from the South West coastal path, Sunset Farmhouse is ideally positioned for those looking to explore this stunning stretch of rugged and historic coastline.
Granite stone walls, exposed beams and slate flooring are some of the many charming features that this property has to offer. With two reception rooms and a large dining room downstairs, there is plenty space for entertaining the whole family. Outside there are two pretty courtyards to the front and rear of the property that provide the perfect spot for alfresco dining. End each day exploring this stunning area with a long soak in one of the gorgeous roll top baths – there really is nothing that beats it.
