Sundown is situated below Sunnyside and this comfortable, modern ground floor apartment is the perfect base to enjoy all that St Ives has to offer from the beautiful beaches to great restaurants and a lovely harbour setting.

We really enjoyed another stay at Sundown with our dog, the position of the cottage is perfect for the town, harbour and Porthminster beach and the other beaches and Island are just a short stroll away. Lambeth walk and dog beach is just a couple of minutes away so perfect. The cottage has had the most amazing refurbishment and is a perfect mixture of vintage character, industrial materials and modern comforts, great use has been made of the properties lovely features such as granite walls and natural light, the refurbishment is sensitive to the age of the property and it was lovely to come home to in the evenings. The bedroom now has a set of bunks and the open plan living area is equipped to fit four comfortably. We loved the stained glass, 60’s era lamps and use of re-claimed materials, it was such a lovely surprise and we feel refreshed. Rebecca and Janek
