Quayside is positioned at the top of the old slipway onto the beach, it is divided into two apartments and has spectacular views across the harbour, to the bay from both sides. The entrance to the property is up one flight of stairs to the first floor landing shared with the entrance to the apartment. With one door to the lounge/kitchen/diner with a bay window and seat overlooking the amazing harbour of St Ives. Across the landing is the other entrance to the double bedroom and an en-suite shower room. Please note this is split accommodation, with living and sleeping being either side of the shared hallway.
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Fridge, electric oven, hob, microwave, TV, DVD player, CD player, electric coal effect fire
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’6”) Ensuite: Shower, wash basin, w.c
GARDEN & PARKING: No allocated parking. Cobbled street, you can pull up outside the property to drop off, do not leave vehicle unattended. No garden area.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided, but can be hired.
