Quayside is positioned at the top of the old slipway onto the beach, it is divided into two apartments and has spectacular views across the harbour. The entrance to the property is up one flight of stairs to the first floor landing, which is shared with the entrance to Quayside Studio. Enjoy the bay window and seat overlooking the amazing harbour of St Ives from the Living/Dining room. Please note this is split accommodation, with living and sleeping being either side of the shared hallway.

THIRD FLOOR: (Stairs from landing)
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), sea views.
Bedroom 2:  Double bed (4'6").
Bedroom 3: Single bed (3'), single bed (2'6" - only suitable for children).

GARDEN & PARKING: No allocated parking, Island closest car park. Cobbled street, you can pull up outside the property to drop off, do not leave vehicle unattended. No garden are.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; night storage heaters in landing, kitchen and lounge. Panel heaters in bedroom 1 and 3. Portable heater in bedroom 2.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided, but can be hired.
