With its great location in the historic part of St Ives, this little apartment is ideal for a couple who want to make use of all the local facilities on offer. It is a very short walk into the town where you can enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the harbour or dinner watching the sun set, spend the day on the Blue Flag Porthmeor Beach, wander around the Tate St Ives or take a stroll around The Island. The open-plan living room is comfortably furnished and is complete with a modern and well-equipped kitchen area. The bedroom is small with access to the bed from one side only however it is cosy and tucked-away. A compact shower room completes the accommodation.  NB Moonshine is restricted to a Two Star rating owing to the limited space available in the shower room and bedroom.

Entrance through front gate to stable door which opens to:
Kitchen/Lounge/Diner: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wall-mounted TV,  three seater sofa, dining table and chairs.
Bedroom: Double bed (4'6") with access from one side only, built-in wardrobe space.
Shower Room: Shower cubicle with shower, basin, heated towel rail, w.c. (please note there is very limited space in this room).

GARDEN & PARKING: No parking. Weekly parking tickets can be purchased from The Island Car Park nearby. Small enclosed outside area to the front with room for two seats.

Power and Heat: Gas central heating. Electric shower. Gas & Electricity included in rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist. It's easy to understand why the town has been attracting painters, sculptors and ceramists for decades with its stunning scenery and natural quality of light- one of only four Tate Galleries in the world is located here in the heart of the town. The town itself arcs around the working harbour- the heart of the historic fishing community. St Ives also has four fabulous beaches, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour beach and Porthminster which between them offer miles of golden sand and hours of building sand castles, playing in the rock pools and other family friendly activities. Dogs are welcomed out of season. Throughout the year, St Ives has a busy event calendar including the St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September.
