With a south westerly aspect, which boasts panoramic views over Porthmeor Beach, the Tate Gallery and town. The dining area overlooks the golden sands of Porthmeor Beach as does the balcony, which is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the superb views.

Bathroom: Shower over bath, w.c., basin, heated towel rail.
Kitchen/Lounge/Diner: Electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave. Double sofa bed, radio/CD player, TV, DVD player. Sea views.

THIRD FLOOR:
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), basin, TV, DVD player. Patio doors to balcony.

GARDEN & PARKING: Private balcony with table and chairs. On-site parking for 1 car in secure communal garage. Space No.24 (approx 15ft L x 6ft W).

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent. Heating is provided by convector heaters and supplementary portable heaters
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Cot and high chair provided, please bring your own cot linen.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. Laundry room on site. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.

ARRIVAL MUST BE BEFORE 10PM AS AT THIS TIME THE COMMUNAL GATES ARE LOCKED AND ACCESS TO THE KEY SAFE WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.
