Located on the third floor, 21 Piazza is a spacious one bedroom apartment overlooking Porthmeor Beach, making this the perfect choice for a couples break by the sea. The open plan living and kitchen benefits from a large picture window that leads out to the sea facing balcony, providing uninterrupted views across the beach. Local shops, restaurants and pubs are all within a short walk away, as well as the abundance of art galleries for which St Ives is well recognised for.

GARDEN AND PARKING
Two private balconies with table and chairs and sea views. Private access to the beach during the summer, weather permitting. Parking space No. 21 located in the courtyard (limited maneuverability - dimensions: 15ft L x 8ft 10in W x 7ft H approx.)

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows and duvets included; bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired locally.
Shop: 0.1 mls. Pub: 0.1 mls.
