Description

15 Barnaloft is positioned on the sought after Porthmeor beach in St Ives, famous for its great surf and beautiful sunsets. The bustling harbour front that attracts visitors all year round is a short stroll away, providing an abundance of boutique shops, award winning restaurants and bijou art galleries, for which the town is well recognised for.

This second floor apartment provides bright accommodation for up to four guests, benefitting from a large picture window that leads to the private balcony overlooking the beach. The extended gallery on the first floor comprises a king bed and twin beds that can be separated for privacy using the bi-fold doors.

SECOND FLOOR:
Kitchen/ Lounge/ Diner: Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, TV, DVD player, picture window with panoramic sea views.
Bathroom: Bath (electric shower over), basin, wc.
Balcony: Table and chairs, sea views.

MEZZANINE:
Bedroom: King size bed (5’), twin beds (3’), bi-fold doors, bedside tables, basin. Please note the open stairs are not suitable for young children.

GARDEN AND PARKING: Private balcony with table and chairs that overlooks the beach. Private access to the beach during the summer, weather permitting. No private parking but public pay and display car parks are nearby.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; underfloor heating.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows and duvets included; bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided.
Shop: 0.1 mls. Pub: 0.1 mls.
