An attractive first floor apartment situated in an elevated position and enjoying sea views from both bedrooms and the kitchen. Large bi-folding doors in the lounge open out onto a south-facing balcony with seating and sea views towards Porthmeor Bay. 2 Ayr Court is only a short walk to the many fantastic beaches, restaurants, pubs, shops and galleries that St Ives as well as the scenic coastal path.

FIRST FLOOR:

SECOND FLOOR:

OUTSIDE AND PARKING: Balcony with table, chairs and views over St Ives. There is private parking for 1 car in the private car park to the front of the property.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. heated towel rail in bathroom.
