This beautifully presented property enjoys a fantastic location by Penzance promenade, just 20 yards from the seafront and overlooking Jubilee Pool, the country’s largest seawater Lido. The harbour is only a short walk away, here you can arrange fishing trips, wildlife cruises and the ferry for a trip to the Isles of Scilly. Historic Chapel Street is just around the corner with a great selection of pubs, restaurants, galleries and shops. A stroll along the promenade will take you to Morrab Gardens full of sub-tropical plants; then on to a play-ground and skate park that the children will love; or to Newlyn to buy fresh fish for supper.
The accommodation is stylish and modern throughout and is a perfect base to relax with either family or friends. On the ground floor there is a comfortable open plan lounge/dining area with a sea view, a Smart TV with access to Netflix and an Xbox 360; great for entertaining on rainy days or to relax after a day exploring. There is a well-equipped kitchen which leads out to the peaceful courtyard garden with a picnic style table and BBQ; relax over an al-fresco meal and a glass of something chilled. There is a downstairs wc. Upstairs are the three bedrooms; a master bedroom with a kingsize bed and sea views, a twin room with a sea view, a single room and a family bathroom.
Song of the Sea is ideally located to explore beautiful West Cornwall with it’s sandy beaches and rugged coastline. There are many attractions nearby including St Michael’s Mount, the Minack Theatre, Lands End and Flambards theme park. The train and bus stations are within walking distance, for those who do not wish to drive.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Excellent location!!! Lovely and cozy, beds were amazingly comfortable. Place was spacious and clean. Definitely stay here again. We had a first rate stay.
Ideally located for exploring Cornwall and taking some dips in the lido. Well-equipped with some tasteful furnishings - the fresh flowers were a nice welcome.

Penzance is an historic port, well known for being the most westerly major town in Cornwall. The town has an abundance of palm trees and sub-tropical gardens located throughout, a sure sign that you have arrived somewhere truly special, made even more distinctive by the sight of St Michael's Mount out to sea.
Take a stroll along the town's streets and discover the characteristic pubs, top notch restaurants, antique shops, art galleries and more or have a wander along the promenade, grab some fish and chips and sit on the seafront. If you fancy something a bit different, enjoy one of the harbour boat trips, sea safaris or fishing excursions.
The fantastic beaches of Perranuthnoe, Lamorna Cove, Kenneggey Sands and Praa Sands are all located nearby.
