This traditional Cornish cottage contains oodles of character with its open-beamed ceilings, wooden or slate flooring throughout, wood burning stove surrounded by a granite fireplace and a farmhouse style kitchen, complete with an ornamental Cornish range and original Butler’s sink.
The harbour side and shops are a short stroll down the road or if you prefer to stay at home, you can enjoy a sunny evening on the decking area in the garden.
Lounge: TV, DVD player, CD/Stereo, open-beamed ceilings, granite fireplace with wood burner.
Kitchen/Dining area: Double oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer.
Conservatory: Additional seating, overlooking front garden.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’ 6”), bedside units, chest of drawers, wardrobe, garden views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), chest of drawers, countryside views.
Bathroom: Corner bath with shower over, heated towel rail, basin, w.c.
GARDEN & PARKING: Enclosed front garden with seating. Very small courtyard at the rear of the property. No private parking but on-street parking available.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Up to 2 dogs are welcome. £25 per week per pet
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot available on request, please bring your own cot bedding.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi available. Mobile phone coverage varies.
The area is very beautiful and we especially enjoyed our visit to the Minack Theatre. I would strongly recommend a visit here
