GARDEN AND PARKING:
Half acre garden and ample parking. To the rear of the property is a large garden with its very own stream running through. Little footbridges link the large patio terrace to the lawn area, and there is a wonderful rotating summerhouse so you can enjoy the sunshine no matter what time of day. There is a large private parking area to the front of the house, just over a very quiet lane and accessible via a footbridge.

Changeover Day: Friday– arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Up to 2 dogs welcome.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair provided, please bring your own cot bedding.
Coast: 0.5 ml. Pub: 1.5 ml.

The property was absolutely amazing! Everything we could possibly could need. Perfect place for four boys - enough Crockery - loved the arrival drinks and food - very nice touch - and having a few essential items in the cupboard! Really really wonderful idea - especially as we arrived so late in the night. They had some really friendly grass cutters while we were there who helped us with information about our car that needed some work. Very lovely and helpful. Perfect location for walking - and for travelling around the area. Would love to move into the house it was so perfect!
