Description

Nestled into the hillside above the picturesque harbour of Mousehole, Dolphin Rise is perhaps the most desirable property in this little seaside village. With its elevated position, the property offers simply breath-taking sea views, maximised by the large picture window in the living room and master bedroom. What better way to wake up in the morning than with a coffee in bed whilst you gaze out at sea. The split level living arrangement provides spacious and stylish rooms which are perfect for entertaining a large family or group of friends.

The harbour of Mousehole offers a good selection of shops, cafes and pubs, as well as a family friendly beach in the harbour at low tide. The tropical paradise of Porthcurno is only a short drive away; with its white sandy beach and turquoise waters it is no surprise that many describe it as the most beautiful bay in the world! Towering over the bay is the Minack theatre, an open aired theatre built into the cliffs that provides fantastic shows in summer, but is also open all year round for you to explore and look around.

Property is arranged as split level with the entrance on the first floor.

Reviews

A superb place to return to

Mrs Carla Tavenier-Kok,

There were 8 of us and we were all very comfortable - especially with 4 toilets, 3 showers and a bath. The mid-stay change of towels and bedding was especially welcome in what was a very hot two weeks. Views from the property were exceptional.

Dr E Hale,

A lovely house with a beautiful view. My third visit to this beautiful house which is a true 'home from home'. Had magnificent weather - very lucky. Don't want to go home, but I say that everytime. Food great at 2 Fore Street and the Cornish Range - see you next year!

The Young family

Excellent premises and site! We all enjoyed ourselves tremendously and the weather was good too! Panoramic views from the lounge and terrace complete the treat.

The MacWilliam clan, Wakefield, West Yorkshire

I love this house. We stopped in my favorite part which is the theme park it was amazing on the log water slide and Eryn and I got soaked - I loved it!

Rhiannon Cummings - aged 7

The view has been wonderful to look at with a cup of tea first thing in the morning (whilst everyone else is still asleep!)...We have all enjoyed our time in this very comfortable house and have visited some breathtaking places.

The Bishops, Norwich

We had a lovely time, the house is wonderful. Every morning boats went passed. It was so nice, we had a great time

Erin Young - aged 8

We have been coming down to this area for the best part of 30 years, but this must rate as the best view so far from any of our locations in Mousehole.

The Fletchers, West London

WOW! Fantastic views, great weather and so much to see in this part of the world - even saw 2 dolphins which made the holiday even more special! Visited Lands End, St Ives, St Michaels Mount, Trengwainton Gardens
