No additional shower room downstairs.
No iPod speaker in dining area

This stylish and modern house is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday.  Overlooking fields to the rear, it is tucked away in a quiet location only a mile from the centre of St Merryn village and a couple of miles from some of the best beaches in Cornwall. Furnished in a modern, contemporary style it is very well equipped with great electronic gadgets including three TVs boasting a 50" plasma screen. With ample parking and flexible accommodation, Atlantic Breeze is sure to please. It is only 3-4 miles from the historic and picturesque fishing port of Padstow. Nearby St Merryn village has several restaurants, takeaways, pubs (one of which is also owned by Rick Stein) and shops. Facilities on St Merryn Park include sports bar, bar serving food, shop and tennis courts (seasonal opening times may apply to all facilities).

Bedroom 2: Double bed (4'6"), chest of drawers. En suite Shower Room: Walk in thermostatic shower, basin, w.c.
Kitchen/Dining Area: Built in electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine. Wall mounted 47'' Smart TV, sideboard, iPod speaker.

FIRST FLOOR:
Lounge: 50" plasma screen TV, DVD player.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3'), bed settee, chest of drawers, hair dryer.

GARDEN & PARKING: The spacious front drive has room for up to 3 cars.  To rear is a secluded garden with decking, lawn, gravel patio, garden furniture and barbecue. 

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2, £25 per pet per week Information about bringing your pet
Power and Heat:  Electricity and oil included in rent; hot water solar panels, oil fired boiler providing c.h. and additional hot water.
Bedding anmd Linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen provided; towels not provided but may be hired - see hire page
Baby Equipment: This is a "Baby Friendly" property

Local Area

St Merryn is a hidden gem located within easy reach of the stunning coast of North Cornwall, with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, helpful local convenience stores and delis, and a wide variety of places to eat.  Sometimes overlooked, due to the proximity of the larger town of Padstow just ten minutes' drive away, St Merryn is nevertheless a great holiday setting in its own right, its convenient location and many amenities attracting visitors back year after year. Known as the 'Seven Bays' area due to the number of beaches along this part of the coastline, you know you are approaching the village when you see the 'Seven Bays for Seven Days' signs on the road heading in. If it's a walking holiday you are looking for, St Merryn is an excellent choice, being near to beaches, cliffs and fields, where lovely views entice you from your holiday home and into the great outdoors.  And of course, if you have a four legged family member, they will love it too!  There is also a riding stables nearby if you've always wanted to explore the area on horseback (a wonderful way to see the stunning local scenery).
