The Dunes is an iconic development of beachside properties sitting proud on a raised bank overlooking the miles of golden sandy beach, grassy dunes and shimmering seas. This is a very special location for both you and your pet, as Perranporth Beach is one of just a few in Cornwall which allows dogs all year round. No 34 The Dunes has an outlook which is bound to wow you and the expansive views are some of the best to be found in this development! This beautifully furnished apartment is set right on the beach, with an enviable, corner position on the second floor which can be accessed by lift so there are no stairs to negotiate unless you want to. There are stunning views whatever the weather and it enjoys all day sunshine from the large front and side balconies in good weather.
No 34 The Dunes is a superb, second-floor apartment all on one level finished to an excellent standard. Beautifully furnished in a contemporary style, the spacious open-plan living area is designed for comfort and sociability. With a choice of restaurants on your doorstep, including The Watering Hole right on the beach, you may decide to dine out every night. If you do want to cook, then the luxurious kitchen provides all the equipment you will need and the huge dining table will encourage long drawn-out meal times.
The sprawling beach is accessible by private footpath from the development which is ideal for families with beach gear to carry and perfect for an early morning stroll before the town fully awakes. With the sun setting on the water, the evening on a clear day is a magical time as Perranporth benefits from the most spectacular sunsets. Outdoor activities are plentiful with surfing, walking and sandcastle-building being amongst some of the most popular.

Living/Dining Area: Dining table and chairs for 6. Smart TV with Netflix provided, large corner sofa, full-height windows with sliding doors leading out onto the front balcony providing uninterrupted views.
Kitchen Area: Luxury Kettle Company kitchen with Bosch appliances including induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine cooler. Door leading to side balcony. Washer/dryer in utility cupboard in hallway.
Master Bedroom 1: King size bed (5'), bedside units, dressing table, wardrobe, wall-mounted TV. Door to side balcony with views across the town and out to sea. En Suite Shower Room: Walk-in thermostatic shower with luxury rainfall head, basin, w.c. shaver point and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: King size bed (5'), bedside units, wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall-mounted TV.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (2 x 3') (may be zipped to form superking bed (6') - please order the format required at time of booking), bedside units, wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall-mounted TV. Door to side balcony with panoramic views across the town and beach.
Bathroom: Bath with thermostatic shower over, basin, w.c., shaver socket, heated towel rail.
Allocated secure surfboard/wetsuit storage facility available for guest use. This could also be used to store two bicycles if positioned upright.
GARDEN & PARKING: Two balconies with the most incredible views across the town, the beach and the surrounding coastline. Outdoor seating. Communal garden areas with outside tap for washing down beach equipment. Allocated parking space right outside in communal car park and further public parking available a short walk away.

The property was superbly located with amazing views and a wonderful place to stay. It was furnished beautifully, well equipped, lovely & clean with comfortable beds and felt like a really special place to stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, it’s a shame all the school holidays are fully booked! Thank you to owners for sharing their lovely property.

It was superb, from the decor and fittings to the position right on the beach and most spectacularly the view of the beach and the sea.
We had a fantastic mid-winter break in this lovely well-equipped flat with its stunning views. The owners had thought of everything and provided us and our dog with everything we could have asked for. There are so many great places to go in the area (in addition to the fabulous beach on your doorstep).
We had a wonderful mid-winter break in this very special apartment with its amazing views across the vast Perranporth beach to the sea. The apartment is extremely spacious, well equipped and comfortable, and the stylish décor echoes the colours of the sea outside. There are two sunny balconies, so that you catch the morning sun from one and the afternoon sun from the other. We loved sitting amongst the cosy cushions on the large sofa and looking out at the waves and the ever-changing skies. Our dog enjoyed the holiday almost as much as we did – being able to go straight down to the beach was such a bonus for her as well as us. We have stayed in a lot of different holiday accommodation, and wouldn’t hesitate to give this one five stars!
Located on the rugged North Coast, Perranporth is the gateway to one of Cornwall's most spectacular beaches where the three miles of beautiful golden sands, huge surf and sand dunes, full with wildlife all combine to make a pretty impressive location. Surrounded by countryside that inspired Winston Graham's Poldark novels, this bustling village has plenty to offer from ice-cream parlours, beach shops, family pubs, restaurants and cafes all serving delicious Cornish produce.
Perranporth beach is a remarkable playground for the whole family- build sandcastles, play football or explore the countless rock pools. Take a swim, have a picnic, take a stroll with some canine companions or at sunset, let it provide the perfect place to watch the sun go down! For the more active, there are surf and kite buggy schools on the beach and the coastal footpath, from the village provides stunning walking trails.
