The property was a real home from home!
Well equipped, good quality fixtures and furnishings, spacious, conveniently situated for Padstow shops and restaurants.
The whole experience was very good and the accommodation was excellent for what we needed.
The cottage was lovely, comfortably furnished. We received excellent customer service from very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely recommend. Thank you
We really enjoyed our stay at Kittiwake as a family with two young children, it had a high chair and stair gate which was so useful. Beautifully decorated and really clean, they even left us a cream tea as a welcome. Would definitely recommend it.
Padstow is arguably now one of the best-known of Cornwall's holiday destinations - a working harbour still retaining the character of the fishing industry while also managing to reinvent itself as a modern holiday destination. Padstow has so much to offer the discerning holiday maker, with several beaches along the Camel Estuary, where you can also have a go at a range of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, as well as a variety of boat trips such as fishing excursions, speedboat rides, sea-life safaris and the ever popular Jubilee Queen. You can indulge your passion for food at an excellent selection of restaurants in the town, which is now the base for a number of celebrity chefs including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth. If you're looking for more active pursuits, you can cycle the Camel Trail, the route of the old railway line running between Padstow and Bodmin. If walking is more your thing, there are many walking trails and routes waiting to be discovered, and if you're bringing a dog, there are plenty of dog-friendly places to explore. Gaining popularity in recent years is the Padstow Christmas Festival, now spread over four days, with cookery demonstrations, food and craft market, and entertainment.
