This stunning bungalow has been renovated to an exceptional standard and offers luxury holiday accommodation in Padstow. Panoramic views across the Camel estuary taking in the sights from Rock to the Old Iron Bridge will make you never want to leave Pipits and return year after year.  With two bedrooms and large garden this is the perfect family retreat. The pretty large South facing garden is a real sun trap and packed with different types of plants providing a variety of colour throughout the Spring and Summer. Pipits is situated in a quiet part of Padstow, 10 minutes' walk from the picturesque harbour, where you will find a wide selection of shops, cafes and restaurants to choose from. For those who enjoy a more adventurous holiday the Camel Trail is right on your door step, providing easy walking or cycling access to the market town of Wadebridge and beyond there to Bodmin or why not tackle part of the Saints Way which begins at the church and runs along behind Egerton Road. Or just sit back in the beautiful conservatory and enjoy a glass of wine!

GARDEN & PARKING: Driveway to front with parking for 2 cars. Good sized garden to rear stunning estuary views, lawned garden, with shrubs and flower borders, garden furniture, barbecue. Garage can be used to store bikes and surfboards.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas c.h./hot water, heated towel rail shower room.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)
Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired - see hire page.

Pipits is a wonderful property. Idyllic position overlooking the Estuary with lovely mature gardens – perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. Lovely not to have to find a parking space. The conservatory is a superb place to sit and relax– no need to venture out at all!

We absolutely loved this property! It was most comfortable, modern but homely, with excellent furnishings, equipment and the most superb view. We have been coming to Padstow area since 1980 and used Corninsh Horizons since the early 1990's and now at last we have found the perfect place to stay. The conservatory was a favourite place to sit and look at the every changing view. Having off street parking and the secure garage to put our bikes in was a bonus and we loved the garden too. We hope to return in the Autumn and will look at the availability. The only downside was we'd only booked a week instead of 2! Thank you .

Padstow is arguably now one of the best-known of Cornwall's holiday destinations- a working harbour still retaining the character of the fishing industry while also managing to reinvent itself as a modern holiday destination. Padstow has so much to offer the discerning holiday maker, with several beaches along the Camel Estuary, where you can also have a go at a range of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, as well as a variety of boat trips such as fishing excursions, speedboat rides, sea-life safaris and the ever popular Jubilee Queen. You can indulge your passion for food at an excellent selection of restaurants in the town, which is now the base for a number of celebrity chefs including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth.  If you're looking for more active pursuits, you can cycle the Camel Trail, the route of the old railway line running between Padstow and Bodmin.  If walking is more your thing, there are many walking trails and routes waiting to be discovered, and if you're bringing a dog, there are plenty of dog-friendly places to explore. Gaining popularity in recent years is the Padstow Christmas Festival, now spread over four days, with cookery demonstrations, food and craft market, and entertainment.
