This completely self-contained annexe, adjoining the owners' property, has its own private access and allocated parking. The property is wonderfully located with very easy access from the end of Tredragon Close via footpath and onto the beach (325 yds) - well-renowned for its excellent surfing. With beautiful views from the garden over open countryside, this well equipped, modern property is well presented with contemporary furniture and decor. The 5 star Bedruthan Steps Hotel and the fabulous Scarlet Hotel and Spa are in easy walking distance where non-residents are welcome to use the restaurants, leisure facilities and Health Spa. The village, which is within walking distance, caters for most everyday requirements as well as having an excellent pub and a beachside bistro serving good food. The spectacular coastline is protected by the National Trust, providing fantastic coastal walks and also including the magnificent Bedruthan Steps nearby and Newquay, Padstow and more fabulous beaches are within easy driving distance.

Access to garage for storage of boots, coats and equipment, accessed via garage door to the front and also from the first floor inside the property. Changeover Day: Friday arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Lovely friendly owners. Nice location close to local shops and eateries. Walk not too far to the beach down the public footpath.
The owners are lovely and give a warm friendly welcome. We called into office in Padstow to book The Buoys for next year, three lovely ladies made us most welcome with great customer service!
Holiday property was perfect & brilliant. So was the owners of the property the knowledge they had of walks around Mawgan Porth & near villages was amazing as we did several of the walks & wouldn't have found the beautiful surrounding & settings. They were so helpful & kind too. A fantastic place to stay & so near a lot of amenities & places to visit
Cannot fault The Buoys. We wanted for nothing. It is in a lovely position, close to the beach, shop, takeaways fish restaurant and Pub. The Buoys is a very comfortable and cosy cottage, very clean and tidy.
The property is in a great location easy access to other interesting places. The owners were also very friendly and helpful.
Mawgan Porth is a fantastic destination for that timeless seaside holiday. With a fish and chip shop, pub, restaurants, pitch and putt, village shop and, of course, the main attraction; the stunning, sandy beach – Mawgan Porth ticks all the boxes. Whilst this beach-side village provides all the essentials for a traditional bucket-and-spade holiday, the modern extras are the icing on the cake. The surfing at Mawgan Porth is superb with Kingsurf Surf School based on the beach. Newquay is just down the road proving loads of activities for the family and also nightlife. The food scene is booming in this part of Cornwall; with Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth based just a few miles along the coast in Padstow. The thrill-seekers are also perfectly placed for achieving their adrenaline kicks with Watergate Bay's Extreme Academy a couple of minutes' drive offering amongst other activities; surfing, kite buggying, landboarding and kitesurfing. There is a golf course just outside the village and Newquay's small airport is only a couple of miles away, and with flights from London, Exeter, Birmingham, Leeds and more destinations it couldn't be easier to enjoy a holiday in this perfect spot.
