This completely self-contained annexe, adjoining the owners' property, has its own private access and allocated parking. The property is wonderfully located with very easy access from the end of Tredragon Close via footpath and onto the beach (325 yds) - well-renowned for its excellent surfing. With beautiful views from the garden over open countryside, this well equipped, modern property is well presented with contemporary furniture and decor. The 5 star Bedruthan Steps Hotel and the fabulous Scarlet Hotel and Spa are in easy walking distance where non-residents are welcome to use the restaurants, leisure facilities and Health Spa. The village, which is within walking distance, caters for most everyday requirements as well as having an excellent pub and a beachside bistro serving good food. The spectacular coastline is protected by the National Trust, providing fantastic coastal walks and also including the magnificent Bedruthan Steps nearby and Newquay, Padstow and more fabulous beaches are within easy driving distance.
Lounge: TV- New Smart TV, with Netflix availability to view films, DVD player.
Kitchen/Diner: Electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer in garage.
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5'), built in large wardrobe with shelving, chest of drawers, hair dryer, TV, DVD player.
Bedroom 2: Single bed (3') with pull-out bed under, chest of drawers, built-in large wardrobe.

GARDEN & PARKING: Small enclosed garden area with countryside views, garden furniture. Access to garage for storage of boots, coats and equipment, accessed via garage door to the front and also from the first floor inside the property. Shed with selection of toys, windbreak and bucket barbeque. Off road parking for 2 cars.
Changeover Day: Friday arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

A lovely warm cosy place to stay in winter months. The local pub did great food, (service quality varied though). So close to a lovely beach and had everything we wanted. We hope to be back!

Had stayed before three years before so expected some wear and tear, however, the property was immaculate as before!

We were very pleased with our time at The Buoys especially the trouble that Jude end Ed went to, to make it a festive occasion for us.We had a lovely relaxed time in extremely well presented holiday accommodation. This was brought about by the effort and attention to detail that the owners put into it.
