This romantic retreat is just 400 metres from Padstow’s picturesque harbour, and is perfectly placed for exploring Cornwall’s rugged north coast. Keen walkers can join the South West Coast Path, which passes through the town, and cyclists will love the traffic-free Camel Trail which winds through the idyllic countryside. After a day of exploring, dine alfresco on the gorgeous, shared terrace overlooking the water.

The stylish apartment is set on the ground floor of an elegant Victorian building and is accessed via steps in the rear garden. The heart of the home is an open-plan lounge/diner, which is full of homely touches to make your stay as relaxed as possible. Enjoy romantic dinners for two at the table by the window, before cuddling up on the plump sofa to watch a film on the Smart TV. When it’s time for bed, retire to the fabulous double bedroom, with its gentle lighting, plush soft furnishings, and beautiful wrought iron bed frame. The room also benefits from a handy, en-suite shower room. Outside, a variety of shared spaces await. Enjoy picnics on the lawn, unwind on the sun loungers, or dine on the terrace, all whilst admiring the spectacular estuary views.

Head out through the gate in the front garden to explore Padstow’s vibrant harbour. There’s always something to watch from the many eateries that are dotted around the water, including boat trips coming and going and the ferry which crosses to Rock. The walking opportunities in the area are endless, with the Camel Trail starting in the town, the South West Coast Path passing nearby, and a multitude of sandy beaches and hidden coves to discover. Further afield, it’s easy to take day trips to Port Isaac, Newquay, and Tintagel (all within 20 miles).

Lovely, clean, well equipped comfortable accomodation. We had a wonderful week in no 4....so close to Padstow and spectacular beaches. We will certainly be making a return visit!!

Pentyre House is located in a very scenic and wonderfully peaceful location. Yet it is only a short walk into the centre of Padstow. Comfortable and well equipped flat in an ideal location. Easy to walk into town or out along the Camel Trail. Fantastic to have my own parking and outdoor seating area! Weve stayed in Pentyre House before but not in flat 4. Its a lovely flat, well equipped, a comfortable bed and everything you need for your holiday. Will definitely be booking this one again.

A comformable, well equipped apartment for two, with parking an added bonus. Much closer to Padstow harbour and town than expected, only a short walk and not the steep hill expected when accessed by the front garden. Much smaller than anticipated and no view because of the wall in the front of the appointment. However all this aside it was really well kitted out and had every thing we needed it wanted.

We loved the location the apartment was very good, it had everything you needed, if it was a quiet night in or a fun day out, people in padstow are very welcoming and friendly I have booked for apartment 1 for next year
