This stylish apartment for two is right in the heart of Padstow, just 400 metres from its bustling harbour. Spend time pottering around the independent shops and boutiques, before dining in one of the town’s fabulous restaurants. You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to sandy beaches, your nearest being just 0.5 miles away. After a day of adventure, relax in the exquisite, shared gardens, sipping a sundowner and admiring the far-reaching views.

The first-floor apartment is positioned within an elegant Victorian house. Gorgeous exposed woodwork and pretty accessories make the apartment feel warm and inviting, and large windows ensure plenty of natural light floods through the holiday home. The lounge/diner is a lovely space to unwind, with a table for sharing romantic meals and a plump sofa for snuggling up on to watch the Smart TV. A compact kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a self-catering break. At night, retire to the beautiful double bedroom, which has its own en-suite shower room. Outside, discover fabulous shared gardens, with a lawn, choice of seating areas, BBQ, and fantastic views across the estuary.

The property’s central location makes exploring Padstow a breeze. Wander out through the gate in the front garden, and down to the vibrant harbour. Here, you’ll find an excellent range of independent cafes and restaurants – it’s a particularly great place to sample some freshly caught seafood. Padstow’s sandy beaches are just out of town, and a short 0.5-mile stroll brings you to the picturesque St George’s Cove. The South West Coast Path passes through the town, and offers walking opportunities for all abilities, and keen cyclists can also join the traffic-free Camel Trail.

This was our first stay at this apartment and we really enjoyed it. As you enter the property, the porch and hallway are very Cornish and in lovely condition. We were just up the stairs in apartment number 5. The apartments was very clean, warm and welcoming and as we stayed over New Year the owner had very kindly left us a Christmas bag full of Read moregoodies. Thank you so much, a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. This was one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in for little additional items for your comfort, such as washing up liquid, liquid soap and even washing tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine and small toiletries in the bathroom, so thoughtful and unusual. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need should you decide to cook. There is also a car parking space at the back of the property with the number of each apartment on each space, a very big plus when staying in beautiful Padstow. The weather was very cold and rainy (typically December) but we were very warm and cosy and very much enjoyed our stay. We hope to return when next in the area. Hide

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Padstow. So very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and a short stroll to all local amenities. Spotlessly clean, warm and comfy! Very highly recommended.

We knew where the property was and was recommended to us many years ago by the lady at number 10 Treverbyn when we were staying across the road at Felwyn and this is our first visit back to Padstow since then We were very pleased with the property and hopefully return again,providing that the cost does not rise significantly as many places seem toRead more be in Cornwall. Apart from the fridge, there was no space to store any food in the kitchen. Otherwise, lovely apartment and great location. Enjoyed the outside space.
