Take a break in this quirky glamping pod that’s ideal for a couple or small family. Sit back and chill on this beautifully landscaped site on Cornish farmland or head to the coast to ride some waves.
This cleverly designed pod has a vibrant lime green frontage. It offers light wood and neutral decor inside the curved space, lending it cool Scandi vibes with a clean and fuss-free finish. The front doors open fully if the weather’s nice onto a private deck with a gas BBQ, table and seating. Out of season, good insulation and underfloor heating keep this cute space cosy. Alongside the king-size bed, there’s indoor-outdoor beanbags and a kitchenette. The carefully designed outside spaces are shared, but offer scope for privacy. The pod has its own private wet room outside, with a heated shower and WC. There is a shared play area for children and off-road parking for one vehicle.
You’ve got plenty of choice when it comes to things to do on a break at this property. Besides relaxing with a good book on the pod’s deck, the perennially popular seaside town of Bude is 1.5 miles away. From here, venture out to fine beaches along the North Cornish coast, some of which have waves ideal for surfing or boogie boarding. If you like your water a bit calmer, take a dip in the charming Bude Sea Pool. Walkers will enjoy the network of footpaths that criss-cross this area, with routes through both rolling countryside and by rugged coastline. Ancient Tintagel with its ruined castle, National Trust Post Office and Merlin’s Cave is 17 miles by car.
