Choose between two lounges, each with a TV and DVD player and one with a winter-warming wood burner. A family shower room and a twin bedroom are also at ground-floor level. There is also a downstairs utility room, with a table football. Four of the bedrooms are up on the first floor of the house. These include three king-sizes, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite bathroom, with roll-top bath. There is also a family bathroom and a bunk bedroom, with a small double as the lower bunk up here. The gardens, with generous space for outside dining and children to play, make this a magical spring and summer retreat. You must make sure to explore the beach at low tide, it offers a private sandy beach and amazing views over to Fowey. There is parking here for four cars.
