This enchanting barn, nestled within a dog-friendly complex among an idyllic rural landscape, is perfect for you and your guests. Sleeping four across two tranquil bedrooms, this cottage can be a gorgeous romantic escape or a fabulous family holiday home. Set in 34 acres of stunning countryside with secure fields for the pups and plenty of woodland walks, you need never venture far from this property – especially as you also have access to a shared hot tub and gym!

This wonderful barn conversion has a bright and airy feel throughout. Stylish monochrome interiors with splashes of colour in the open-plan living area welcome you to sink into the sofas after a long day, while the contemporary kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. Eat at the cosy dining table positioned by the door to the patio; dine alfresco out there instead if you like. Upstairs, two bedrooms with peaceful decor await; there’s a king-size room and an inviting twin. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the bath in the sleek contemporary bathroom or have a quick rinse in the separate shower. If the kids are restless, take them to the shared natural play area with tree stump features, a swing set and slide, or on the fairy trail in the woods that’s bound to spark their imagination. Say hello to the resident hens and collect their eggs for breakfast.

Head off to coastal town Looe (5.5 miles) and peruse the charming shops, museum and fish shops. Millendreath Beach (8 miles) and Talland Bay are well worth a visit, as is Polperro (both 5.5 miles) with its model village. You can’t miss the Eden Project (17 miles), but make sure you get a chance to take bracing walks on the South West Coast Path from Portnadler Bay (5 miles).

A very tastefully decorated barn and well equipt . Loved the hot tub and gym and the milk etc left by owners . Good location and not far from Looe . Quite noisy from kennels nearby .

A fantastic cottage with all the amenities that you have at home, very clean and modern. We loved the secluded natural area and there is plenty of walks for you and your dog/s. The owner provided a little welcome pack in the fridge and the fresh eggs were delightful. I would highly recommend staying here and should we return to Cornwall we will be Read morestaying here again. Hide

We have really enjoyed our stay at Blackberry Barn. A very comfortable cottage, with high quality fixtures and fitting. Loved the added touch of the gym and hot tub and the garden is beautiful with a woodland walk and pavillion. Location was great to explore Cornwalls South coast. Would love to return.
