Located within a quiet courtyard setting, this delightful cottage not only offers contemporary country decor and beautiful furnishings throughout, but it also provides ample outdoor delights. Along with an expansive lawn and patio, there is also access to ten acres of grounds which are teeming with wildlife and includes a lake which your four-legged friends will just love. Whether it's a coastline hike or a few hours exploring the hidden streets of the harbour villages, ending the day in this cosy cottage is a welcomed treat.

Original features such as the exposed beams and stonework fireplace blend effortlessly with contemporary furnishings in a palette of neutral creams and browns. Splashes of colour here and there add homely touches, whilst the light and bright styling throughout gives the impression of space. Return after a day exploring to the reclining sofas to enjoy a book and a glass of wine in front of the gas fire. On cooler evenings catch the last of the daylight with a meal in the bright conservatory, which overlooks the garden so your furry friend can explore whilst you eat. On warmer evenings dine alfresco on the patio, watching the sun set on a fun-filled day.

The coastline, from the rugged north shore to the picturesque south, offer up harbours, coves and beaches in abundance. Find sandy beaches at Fistral (8 miles), Crantock (7 miles) and Holywell Bay (6 miles). Perranporth (3.5 miles), boasts quaint shops, ice cream parlours and fine restaurants, many with stunning sea views. Poly Joke Beach (7 miles) is a small secluded beach and great for dog walks, whilst further afield find the cathedral city of Truro (7 miles), Screech Owl Sanctuary, (11 miles) and Oasis Fun Pool (7 miles).

  • Please be aware the property is situated on large grounds with an unfenced deep lake for your enjoyment, children and dogs to be supervised at all times
  • Travel cot and highchair available
  • Only accepts dogs - no other pets
  • This property will be decorated for Christmas
  • Arrival: 17:00 onwards
  • Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Absolutely lovely cottage, everything was so clean and had everything that you need. The welcome cake and scones were delicious, a lovely touch. Dawn and Richard are fabulous hosts, they clearly take great pride in their property and it shows, the grounds are fabulous here, the garden to the cottage itself is wonderful for dogs to explore. A lovely clean cottage and well equipped. Dawn was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. The enclosed garden is perfect for dogs and children alike. Only a few minutes drive to the beach.

Really enjoyed staying at the cottage. The welcome was lovely and the cottage was so clean and today. Very nice touches of milk, eggs and cakes to welcome us. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog. So helpful having a welcome pack also of kitchen goods. Wonderful surroundings. We would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a week last year and enjoyed it so much we came back for two weeks ! Excellent location, beautifully clean and well equiped throughout.
