Just 3 miles away from the accommodation, set high on the cliffs of North Cornwall, lies the famous Tintagel, known for its breathtaking views, intriguing Arthurian legends, and a new 60-metre footbridge connecting the mainland to the island on which the spectacular Tintagel Castle can be found. Merlin’s Cave back down on sea level is also worth a visit. Elsewhere, if beaches are more your thing, don’t miss out on the golden sands and natural caves of Trebarwith Strand (2.5 miles). Whilst in the area, there’s plenty of traditional Cornish fishing ports to enjoy, such as Boscastle (5.5 miles) and Port Isaac (9 miles) – where TV’s Doc Martin was filmed!
