Description

Westcott House being close to St Ives Arts Club overlooks Westcotts Quay, just a short, level walk to town, the harbour and shops. Furnished beautifully throughout there is an an open plan, loft style Lounge/Diner, boasting views across the Harbour and out to St Ives Bay. At the rear of the property there is a pretty patio area that is both secluded and secure.

Six spaced out steps down a sloping passageway lead to the patio area. Then 3 steps up to the front door.

Bedroom 2: King size 5’ bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and views across the harbour to The Island.
