Set over two floors, this upside down house makes the most of the stunning sea views overlooking Westcotts Quay. The open plan loft style lounge/ diner is spaciously light and airy. Boasting location just a stone’s throw away from the harbour and town centre offering many independent eateries, bars, shops, ancient pubs and St. Ives Tate Gallery. Nearby is Porthminster beach, a stunning stretch of sand popular with swimmers and surfers alike. Westcott House is well equipped and attractively furnished, the perfect home to explore this unspoilt area of Cornwall .

Best property we have stayed in. We are a family of 6 and this home suited us greatly. Great facilities and close to the beach. Very impressed with the layout of Westcott and we will be returning.
A lovely clean warm entrance. What an ideal location, we walked miles. We found lots of lovely eating places nearby with coffee and great views.
We've had a lovely weekend enjoying the bank holiday- the house is beautiful, excellent location and interior excelled our expectations. A lovely place to relax and we would like to re visit with more family.
We have been coming to St Ives for 50 years and this is the best we've stayed in! Perfect!
