Situated at the top of Porthmeor hill, this first floor apartment sleeping 4 is well equipped and comfortably furnished and has sea views from the lounge and bedrooms. 

Entrance from the parking area, up 11 steps to the Entrance Hall

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner with TV and DVD player. Radio CD player, WiFi and window seat with sea view over the rooftops to Hayle Towans. Kitchen area with electric cooker and hob, microwave and larder fridge.
Bedroom: with 5ft bed and sea views over the rooftops to Hayle Towans
Bedroom: with 2 x 3ft bunk beds and sea views across to the island.  
Shower room: with wash basin, wc, shaver point and fan heater.

PARKING: Parking space for one car at the rear of the building accessed via an unmade road.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.5 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. The Steps to the entrance of the property are steep and narrow, approach with care. 


Great location to enjoy the views of St Ives with the added bonus of a car parking space. Light and airy accommodation with a close walk into town for that all important Cornish Pasty.
