Drake Cottage is a grade II listed former fisherman's cottage which has been beautifully refurbished and very well equipped, combining both modern comforts with the traditional cottage style. It is laid out on 3 floors approached by 14 steps to the front door and has panoramic views from the top floor. The cottage is ideally situated within easy walking distance of beaches, harbour, shops and restaurants.

First Floor:
Lounge: TV, DVD Player, CD Player/Hi-Fi.
Kitchen/Dining Room: Hob/Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Washer/Drier and Dishwasher.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double Bed (4ft 6”).
Bedroom 2: Twin Beds (3ft).
Bathroom: Shower over Bath, WC and Wash Basin.

Third/Attic Floor:
Bedroom 3: Double Bed (4ft 6”), great Views of the Bay, Harbour and Town, TV. En-Suite with Shower Cubicle, WC and Wash Basin.

OUTSIDE AND PARKING : There is no outside space. No parking at the property, the nearest public parking is The Island Car Park (Cornwall County Council Owned).

Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
