GARDEN & PARKING: There is no outside space or parking at the property. The nearest public parking is Station Car Park (Cornwall County Council Owned). 

Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pet Welcome: 1 pet welcomed from October through to March at £20.00 per week.  
Power and Heat: Central heating, electricity included.
Bed and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: High chair
