10 Porthmeor Square Apartment is a spacious ground floor apartment, situated on The Porthminster side of town, in the heart of Downalong. The apartment retains many of its original features of a traditional Fisherman's Loft. The apartment is situated just two minutes from Tate St Ives, beaches and the harbour. A peaceful, cosy place to return to after exploring St Ives, the Cornish coast and countryside.

GARDEN & PARKING: Small courtyard with seating.  There is no parking at the property - see St Ives parking for nearby car parks.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in the rent. Central heating. Underfloor heating in bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist. St Ives also has four fabulous beaches, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour beach and Porthminster which between them offer miles of golden sand and hours of building sand castles, playing in the rock pools and other family friendly activities. Dogs are welcomed out of season. Throughout the year, St Ives has a busy event calendar including the St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September.
