Situated in an ideal location just a stone's throw from the centre of St Ives where you'll find ancient local pubs, trendy cafes, Barbara Hepworth Museum, the iconic Tate St Ives and Sculpture Garden. Enjoy the far reaching sea views from the main bedroom and the lounge, your our own balcony to relax and unwind on. This well- furnished property is light & airy, covering the first and second floors. Within easy reach of the town, harbour, beaches and the countryside. This two story apartment is the perfect location to enjoy and explore all that St Ives has to offer.

GARDEN & PARKING: Decked balcony leading from lounge, with furniture and sea views. Designated parking space for one vehicle at the side of the building.

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist.
