To the rear of the apartment there is an enclosed garden that offers a great place for alfresco dining during the summer months.
The famous Tate gallery and surfing beach of Porthmeor are a short five minute stroll from the property and with two private parking spaces, you’ll never have to worry about finding somewhere to park the car. St Ives is famous for its art scene, showcasing an abundance of local galleries tucked away in the cobbled streets that surround the harbour front. For those that like their food, there is a fantastic selection of restaurants and cafes offering a variety of cuisines for all to enjoy.

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist.
