The bustling St Ives town can be reached in a 10 minute walk and here you can enjoy exploring the eclectic mix of cafes, restaurants, bars, independent shops and the famous local beaches of Porthmeor and Porthminster. With its own private entrance leading through to the open-plan living room, natural light streams in through the patio doors. The bedroom is attractively presented and comfortably furnished and a bathroom completes the accommodation.

Hallway: Enter the apartment into a spacious hallway with doors leading to:
Kitchen/Dining/Living Room: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with DVD.
Bedroom: Double bed (4'6"), bedside units, built-in wardrobe, dressing table.
Bathroom: Bathroom with mains-fed shower over, basin, WC.

GARDEN & PARKING: No outside space. Private parking for one car provided.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival: 3:00pm - departure: 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Gas-fired central heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist. The town itself arcs around the working harbour- the heart of the historic fishing community. St Ives also has four fabulous beaches, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour beach and Porthminster which between them offer miles of golden sand and hours of building sand castles, playing in the rock pools and other family friendly activities. Dogs are welcomed out of season. Throughout the year, St Ives has a busy event calendar including the St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September.
