Situated just off the slipway to the surfing beach at Porthmeor, it is just a few steps to the sand and a few minutes walk to the town or the coastal walks. There are sea views from the living area and bedroom across to Porthmeor Beach and two private balconies positioned to maximise the sun throughout the day.  

GROUND FLOOR:
Hall: 2 large storage cupboards, airing cupboard and surfboard storage.
Lounge: TV, DVD player, CD player, sofa bed, pine dresser, sea view.
Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher.
Bedroom 1: Twin beds (3’), bedside storage, fitted wardrobe, sea view.
Bathroom: Shower over bath, 2 wash basins, w.c., heated towel rail, wall heater.

GARDEN & PARKING: There is a pretty communal courtyard and two balconies to maximise the sun throughout the day. On-site parking for 1 car in secure communal garage. Space No. 41 (approx 15ft L x 6ft 6in W).      

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog accepted from October to March, £20 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Convector heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. There is a laundry room available on site. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.

ARRIVAL MUST BE BEFORE 10PM AS AT THIS TIME THE COMMUNAL GATES ARE LOCKED AND ACCESS TO THE KEY SAFE WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.
