Situated on the Porthminster side of St Ives, Flat 4 Lyonesse Apartments is a light and airy first floor apartment with a superb view to Hayle Towans around to The Harbour. With the wonderful added feature of a telescope, to make the most of the spectacular views around the bay.

Entrance along the right hand side of the building and up some steps into a communal hallway.

Kitchen/Lounge/Diner: Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. TV, DVD player, telescope.
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5') with sea glimpses, TV, hair dryer En Suite Shower Room: Basin, shower cubicle, heated towel rail, w.c.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), sea views, TV, DVD player, hairdryer
Bathroom: Whirlpool bath, shower, basin, heated towel rail, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING:  There is no garden. There is an outside secure storage cupboard for beach items. Parking for 1 car to the rear of property in the communal parking area (approx 1.9 metres wide).

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels
