Description
Killaganoon is situated in the perfect, popular area of Downalong town with lots of character, this property is a great base for a family holiday being just a short walk from the lovely golden sands of Porthgwidden and Porthmeor and the harbour, shops and restaurants. The cottage which has an apartment above, also benefits from a small seating area to the front so you can relax and watch the world go by.
GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: TV, DVD player, double sofa bed (for extra sleeping arrangements), electric coal fire, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, table top freezer, slimline dishwasher, washing machine.
Bathroom: Small bath, electric shower over the bath, w.c, wash basin, heated towel rail.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’6”), bedside table lamps, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds (3'), TV, chest of drawers.
GARDEN AND PARKING: No parking, public car parks available nearby.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Pets Welcome: Up to 2 dogs welcome, £20 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Night storage heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
