Description

Set in beautiful St Ives, The Garden Flat is in an elevated position down a rural peaceful lane. Offering sea views and a pretty enclosed private garden area with a gate and easy access to the stunning coastal walks of West Cornwall. A bottle of champagne awaits every guests upon arrival which gives you the perfect start to your stay. The main entrance to the flat is accessed via a path leading to the garden which has six steps. The lounge offers incredible views over the bay to Godrevy and beyond. The garden area has seating for you to enjoy a summers evening.

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: TV/DVD player, radio, electric cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher.
Bathroom: Shower over the bath, w.c and wash basin.
Bedroom 1: King size bed (5'), DAB clock radio, bedside cabinets.
Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds (3'), chair, bedside cabinets, lamp.

Parking and Garden: Parking for one car, fenced, enclosed garden area for guests use with some flagged steps (young children should be supervised at all times).

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: 1 dog accepted, second dog by arrangement with owner, £20 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None available.
Beach: 0.5 ml. Pub: 0.5 ml.

Loved the garden which was prettily landscaped and the location was wonderful - so peaceful and near to footpath. It was ideal for our dog as it had the fenced off area. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Sitting room had a lovely view and the sofas were very comfy.
