With access through a charming Mediterranean Styled “Secret” garden this charming and surprisingly spacious and airy property has been modernised to a high standard and has an unusual and quirky “reverse plan” design. Ideal for a centrally located break for two couples or a family of four within an easy walk to all beaches, The Tate Gallery and all the attractions beautiful St Ives has to offer.

Up a flight of steps from Fore Street to Academy Place, then further nine steps down through gated and walled front garden to main entrance into:

Two steps down leads to:
Kitchen/Diner: 6 seater dining table, double oven, gas hob, stainless steel hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, TV, DVD player.
Bathroom: Wet room shower, basin, WC.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR:
Three steps lead to:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5'), two bedside tables, fitted wardrobe and drawers - has own entrance and another connecting door to Bedroom 2.
Three steps lead to:
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), chest of drawers, TV, DVD player - has own entrance and another connecting door to Bedroom 1.
Bathroom: Bath, separate shower cubicle, basin, WC.
GARDEN AND PARKING: Gated enclosed white-walled front garden with decked area and garden furniture. No parking - but public pay & display car parks nearby - nearest is Barnoon Car Park.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Pet Welcome: Maximum 1 dog; £20 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
