Up a flight of steps from Fore Street to Academy Place, then further 9 steps down through gated and walled front garden to main entrance into:

2 steps down leads to:
Kitchen / Diner / Lounge area: Electric double oven, gas hob, stainless steel hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave,  washer/dryer, dining bar, TV, DVD player, CD player/hi-fi unit.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR:
3 steps lead to:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5’), 2 bedside tables, fitted wardrobe and drawers - has own entrance and another connecting door to Bedroom 2
3 steps lead to:
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), chest of drawers, TV, DVD player.- has own entrance and another connecting door to Bedroom 1
Bathroom: Jacuzzi corner bath, separate shower cubicle, wash basin and wc.

GARDEN AND PARKING:. Gated enclosed white-walled front garden with decked area and garden furniture. No parking - but public pay & display car parks nearby - nearest is Barnoon Car Park..

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog accepted all year round.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
