Enjoy a holiday in the heart of St Ives with easy access to the sea, local eateries and scenic spots. This flat would suit a family and comes with a balcony for beautiful views, a great place to enjoy the company of your loved ones.

As you enter, you’ll find a living space which includes a dining area and a lounge, washed with light from the patio doors. It’s a great spot for unwinding after a busy day. One of the sofas converts into a double bed for larger parties. There’s a well-equipped kitchen in the next room. You’ll see two bedrooms (not including the lounge), one double and one which can either be arranged as a twin or another double. Both have been carefully decorated to feel homely and are comfortable, so you get a great night’s rest. This property doesn’t have a garden, but you will find a balcony and a terrace accessible through the lounge doors. A table and chairs have been provided so you can take a meal out to eat as you look over the sea.

The best part of this flat is its location. You’re right in the middle of St Ives, so you can explore the many shops, pubs, bars, and cafes for as long as you like. There’s plenty of beaches, including the Porthmeor Beach (500 metres) which is popular with surfers, and the Porthminster Beach (0.5 miles) which looks out to a lighthouse. Soak in culture in the Tate St Ives (500 metres) and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden (300 metres). You’ll find the station a convenient 500 metres away. If you would like to travel further out, you’ll be 10 miles from National Trust Godrevy where you can see wild seals and enjoy coastal walks.
